Pong LAW

Graduating from The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts with a master degree in music composition and electronic music, Pong Law is a versatile composer/ arranger/keyboardist in Hong Kong.

 

Passionate in different genres of music, Pong Law has been commissioned to compose and arrange music for different ensembles and orchestras, including Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, Hong Kong City Chamber Orchestra, Hong Kong Youth Chinese Orchestra, Wuji Ensemble, Taipei Liuqin Ensemble, The Baden-Wurttemberg Youth Wind Ensemble etc..

Besides concert music, Pong is also active in the local musical theatre scene. He has been the arranger and keyboardist for different productions, including those by Hong Kong Repertory Theatre, Actors’ Family, Windmill Grass Theatre, etc..

Pong is also a session keyboardist in the local pop music scene. He is the touring keyboardist for Jason Chan and Phil Lam.
